Gaming Center Rules

1. Users must be at least 13 OR accompanied by a parent or guardian who must be logged in (space allowing) to play.
2. Driver's Licenses or State ID must be shown before being given a membership card (parental slip must be signed for users under 16).
3. All liability and authorization release forms must be signed in order to game.
4. Users may not share accounts or account information.
5. No foul language.
6. Users will not access, display, or participate in inappropriate materials from the Internet including but not limited to foul language, violence or pornography.
7. No outside food or drink may be brought into the gaming center at any time with no exceptions.
8. The Elite Gamer STAFF are the ultimate authority and must be respected.
9. No loitering. Loitering is a misdemeanor and the police WILL ticket you. Stay inside and game, don't "hang out" outside The Elite Gamer building.
10. No smoking, drugs or alcohol. Minor consumption will be reported to the proper authorities and parents.
11. Users will be held responsible for any damage they do to Visionary Enterprises, LLC property.
12. Payment must be received before gaming by purchasing credits using your membership card.
13. The Elite Gamer reserves the right to restrict the games being played based on the age of the user.
14. The Elite Gamer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
15. The Elite Gamer reserves the right to monitor and record any and all user activities to ensure acceptable use of its services including but not limited to Internet chatting and email.
16. The Elite Gamer may not be used for any illegal activity and will report any such activity to the proper authorities.
17. Violating any rules will be grounds for suspension or permanent expulsion from the gaming center. The Elite Gamer reserves the right to decide what is appropriate.
18. These rules may be updated or changed at the sole discretion of The Elite Gamer at any time and without prior notification.
